2nd Shift Production Team Lead

· Lead and support production team members in daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

· Monitor and maintain accurate production records and documentation.

· Communicate operational concerns, production issues, and performance updates to supervisors in a timely manner.

· Perform production-related transactions and data entry within SAP.

· Assist with onboarding and training new employees and support ongoing employee development.

· Promote adherence to all company policies, work instructions, and quality standards.

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and actively support a culture of workplace safety.

· Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help achieve departmental objectives.

· Assist in identifying and resolving production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

· Support continuous improvement efforts within the production area.

· Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and safe work practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

This specific position is 2nd Shift only.

Core schedule is Monday - Friday but some weekend work may be required.
