BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

  • 2nd shift: $23.17
  • $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only.

The painter is responsible for operating equipment that applies a powder coat finish to a variety of raw materials while maintaining Lozier safety and quality standards. The painter mixes and applies paint by disc, handgun, or other method and sets up equipment as required by quality level and other methods as required. This position requires operation of the paint booth, parts washer, and ovens. Equipment that may be utilized includes pallet jack, electric jack, hand tools, and pressure washer. They must wear appropriate PPE.

Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to: frequent walking, reaching, and hand usage; occasional standing, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling; and rare sitting or crawling. Previous painter experience is preferred. The position requires reliable attendance; communication skills, both oral and written, as well as the ability to work well independently as well as with a team.
