This role in summary

Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd Shift.

This position follows a 2nd Shift work schedule, located on-site in Tulsa, OK.

Work hours are: 4pm to 3am - Monday to Thursday

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of the maintenance team within a large manufacturing plant that includes seven assembly lines, finishing processes lines, paint lines, furnaces, washing line and stamping presses. This position leads a team of approximately 20 hourly maintenance team members and plays a critical role in driving the plant’s efficiency, reliability, and safety. This role will plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring that the team is effectively deployed to meet plant needs.


The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to maintain the lines, machines and equipment running correctly, maintenance data, develop strategies to improve equipment uptime, and ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with the plant’s overall production goals.
