
The Site Lead is a working supervisor role. Supervises a mall maintenance staff to execute the service delivery of preventative, corrective, and general maintenance and special projects at the location in a safe, efficient and professional manner.

Prior maintenance experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Web, and other computer knowledge.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively speak and understand English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in liquid units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems related to the job. Ability to follow both written and oral instructions from managers and supervisors. Must be able to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies and tools assigned. Must be able to operate mechanical equipment, once trained, and detect equipment malfunctions.
