We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Inventory Control Coordinator positions, to join our Nottingham, PA team!

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12am
- Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:
- Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING:
- Must be at least 17 years of age. If under 18, working papers are required.
- Ability to work in wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold, and extreme heat.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places, and fumes or airborne particles.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Key Responsibilities
This role has the primary responsibility of executing daily and weekly inventory counts, through a defined full and cycle count strategy, ensuring accuracy of on-hand raw materials.
Inventory Analysis
- Prepare and reconcile all daily cycle count processes and prepare reports within timeframe.
- Analyze all inventory discrepancies and variances and ensure effective resolution for all.
- Maintain and update AS400 inventory on daily basis and ensure accuracy of materials.
- Validate delivery paperwork in reference to purchase orders and verify accuracy.
Customer Service/Communication
- Communicates and collaborates effectively while striving for the highest possible outcomes.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with all departments in the company.
- Works proactively to identify problems and craft creative solutions.
- Provides the Sales team with inventory reports, to better assist them with product ordering.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years related experience in Logistic, Inventory Control, and/or Warehousing required; 3 years plus preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite intermediate experience required; advanced skills preferred.
- Knowledge of WMS and/or ERP systems.
- Demonstrated experience with attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
- Demonstrated experience to work independently or as a team.
- Recognized as one who is proactive in problem-solving and works towards creative solutions.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal/external customers.
- Requires strong problem-solving ability and strong analytic skills.
- The position will require the employee to have a flexible schedule to include weekend work as coverage is needed.
