In this role, you’ll spend your day working with a team to keep the facility and equipment running smoothly—handling maintenanceandrepairs, responding to issues quickly, supporting projects across the building, and preventing problems before they happen. You’ll partner closely with IT, HR, Facilities, and Operations to solve problems and keep things on track.
Schedule
2nd Shift Schedule Monday–Friday, 100 PM – 9:30PM with overtime based on company need. Schedule may be adjusted where needed during training and onboarding as well as to support operational requirements.

Qualifications
3+ yearsofexperience in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical role
Experience with automated systems, conveyors, or robotics strongly preferred
Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
Hands-on experience using tools to troubleshoot, repair and resolve maintenance issues
Basic to intermediate computerskills, including the ability to use systems/software to track and managework
Strong attentiontodetailwithafocuson quality and accuracy

Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections ofthefacility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and AutoStore system; monitor performance and respond to issues as they arise
Perform preventative maintenanceandrepairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment) to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain and coordinate required testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards
Maintain the overall appearance and functionality ofthefacility, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces
Support day-to-day facility needs, including associatemoves, equipment/furniture setup, spill cleanup, and general maintenance tasks
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and ongoing services (landscaping, janitorial, waste removal, etc.)
Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas, including storage, warehouse, and maintenance spaces; properly maintain and store tools and equipment
Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation for building systems and equipment
Identify, report, and address safety hazards, and follow allsafetypolicies, procedures, andPPErequirements
Performotherduties as assigned to support operational needs
