POLYWOOD® is looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
In this role, you will diagnose equipment problems, complete repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and help reduce production downtime. You should be comfortable working independently, making sound decisions, and supporting safe and reliable 2nd-shift operations.

Our story began in the late 1980s when the outcome of government recycling programs created steadily growing mountains of recycled plastics. To achieve this vision, we developed state-of-the-art technology and lean manufacturing processes that have minimized our waste stream and ensured our products are built quickly and accurately.
