Rogers Group Inc. is currently seeking a 2nd Groundman at our Lacey’s Spring Quarry in Lacey’s Spring, AL, part of the Alabama SMA, reporting to the Plant Manager. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.
