Job Description

Qualified candidates will be able to cut, trim and verify quality work in the graphics department. Must be comfortable using a utility knife and use a tape measure to ensure of accurate measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain a Graphic Laminator.
  • Measure and cut out printed graphics.
  • Use a razor knife and cut glove to trim printed graphics
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize production processes.
  • Complete required documentation and reports accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

    • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to read a tape measure

Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
      • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
      • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.

The late Emmett Hart established Mountville Mills in 1963 in a small building just outside of LaGrange, Georgia. Hart worked at Callaway Mills for 15 years in the design and development departments before starting his own company with the encouragement of his wife, Nancy.

Emmett and Nancy were among the first seven employees of Mountville Mills. Today, the family-owned business maintains more than 640,000 square-feet in manufacturing plants, and more than 1,000 employees across North America and Europe.

Mountville Mills first expanded by joining forces with The Andersen Company in Dalton, Georgia in 1999. In 2018, the textile rental division of Mountville Mills and The Andersen Company merged to form M+A Matting which serves both U.S. and Canadian customers.
