Weekend Shift Options:
- Night Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Manitowoc Pattern and Machining (MP&M) is launching a new weekend shift and is seeking dependable General Laborers to support our shipping, receiving, and material handling operations. This role plays a critical part as the first and last step in our manufacturing process.

What You’ll Do
As a General Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading trucks using provided equipment
- Verifying quantities of received materials
- Receiving, tagging, and placing materials into inventory
- Preparing materials for shipment (wrapping, banding, securing)
- Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing lists
- Tracking inventory and shipments using computer systems
- Performing daily cycle counts and assisting with physical inventory
- Working with internal teams, customers, and vendors to schedule shipments
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to safely perform physical job duties
- Comfort working with computers and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and reliability

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Production floor and shipping environment with noise, dust, and machinery
- PPE required (safety glasses, safety shoes, and gloves)
- Standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout shift
- Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
