Day to day you will:

• Act as a senior escalation point, resolving complex L2 issues across laptops, VDIs, servers, and enterprise platforms in a hybrid environment.
• Support and improve endpoint management, on-prem and cloud-integrated services, using tools including M365, Intune, PowerShell, and Atlassian platforms.
• Deliver complex system and infrastructure changes, contribute to root cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers through technical leadership and documentation.

Requirements

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have proven L2 enterprise IT support experience with strong troubleshooting across Windows Server, networking, VDI, and identity services.
• Are confident working with M365, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and enterprise engineering tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and enjoy raising standards through mentorship and continuous improvement.
