At New Growth Care Group, we’re building something special.
We’re a growing disability services provider focused on delivering structured, high-quality, and compliant support to the people we serve. Our homes are built on consistency, accountability, and strong team leadership, and we’re looking for someone who can step in and help lead from the front.
We are seeking a 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to support the House Supervisor in running our SIL homes and ensuring everything operates smoothly, safely, and in line with participant needs and NDIS standards.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role within a SIL home environment. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, guiding staff on shift, and ensuring participant care is delivered consistently and to a high standard. You will act as the go-to person on shift, helping maintain structure, accountability, and clear communication across the team. In the absence of the House
Supervisor, you will step into a leadership capacity to ensure continuity of care and operations.

We want to make a difference for NDIS Participants and their families. That’s why we’re here.
New Growth Care Group was created to change things, to fill the gaps, to put the “care” back into helping NDIS participants reach their goals and to grow. We want to go the extra mile for them, and their families and carers.
We believe in putting our participants at the centre of their journey. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where their voice is heard and preferences are honoured.
We’re here for the family and carers too, so they can support their children and family members well.
We’re embarking on a fulfilling and transformative experience tailored to the unique desires of our clients, together.
We support participants and families with:
Support and guidance to get the most out of the NDIS from the start including connecting them with the right Allied Health Practitioners and helping them prepare for their first planning meeting.
Daily Disability Support including coordinating their supports, daily support or specialist support.
Support Workers to help participants and their Carers including personal care, domestic support and more.
Supplying respite for Carers, and short-term accommodation.
