Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create storyboards and initial design concepts for our clients.
  • Create animated sequences for our video training.
  • Create layouts, icons, info-graphics etc.
  • Create reusable media and templates to avoid duplication of effort.
  • Continually ensure that the level of design created is consistently produced at a very high level.
  • Participate in team meetings and daily scrums.
  • Work with other functional areas to ensure effective continuous improvement.
  • Continually research and learn new design software and methods to keep up to date with industry
  • Participate in “Lunch & Learns” to continue to advance creative skills and industry knowledge.
  • Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honouring
  • schedules, and demonstrating respect for others.
  • Mentor new team members and conduct peer reviews as required.

Location

This role is open to candidates Hybrid in Bangalore.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 3 years industry experience in Graphic Design/Animation or a related role.
  • Bachelors Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or Web Design, or an equivalent combination

of education and experience.

  • Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Prior industry experience in graphic and multimedia design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • The ability to ‘think outside the box’, to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or

situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem.

  • Excellent design, illustration and animation skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Animate and Illustrator
  • Willingness to assume individual responsibility for own deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good team player with ability to work in a multi-functional team.

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
  • Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
  • Learn and comprehend basic instructions
  • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
  • Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
