As a pivotal member of the CI&T team, you will lead the charge in translating complex client needs into actionable digital strategies. Your expertise in AI technologies will empower you to analyse, document, and validate requirements for modern web applications, mobile apps, and expansive digital ecosystems.

Key Duties:

• Lead AI-Powered Analysis: Drive business requirements analysis by interpreting and validating AI-generated outputs, ensuring they align seamlessly with client objectives and existing systems.
• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Take charge of the entire requirements lifecycle—defining, validating, and refining specifications to ensure they are built and tested exactly as envisioned.
• Agile Synergy: Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams, ensuring that requirements and AI-driven solutions are fully aligned for optimal delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between business areas and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Documentation Excellence: Create structured, modular documentation using Markdown that captures system behaviour and user experience flows, making it easily consumable by developers and AI tools alike.
• Innovate with AI: Embrace and implement AI-driven practices within the software development lifecycle, optimising workflows for requirements, testing, and validation

Who You Are:

• Experienced Innovator: B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5-8 years in software development. Minimum of 5 years in a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/QA role within Agile environments.
• AI Enthusiast: Strong familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and a clear understanding of how to integrate AI into Agile methodologies.
• Technical Savvy: Proficient in Jira (or equivalent) for managing backlogs and workflows. Experience with BPMN and process flows is a bonus!
• Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in English with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders confidently and effectively.
• Driven by Curiosity: You thrive on solving complex problems, are adaptable to change, and are passionate about leveraging technology to deliver innovative solutions.
