职位描述
负责自动驾驶视觉感知算法研发与落地，包括但不限于 DETR3D、PETR 等感知算法； 负责 VLM（视觉语言大模型）技术研发，推进 VLM 在自动驾驶场景下的落地； 从模型精度、推理性能、等多维度迭代与优化算法，解决算法落地过程中的各类实际问题； 持续跟踪计算机视觉与 VLM 前沿技术，结合自动驾驶业务需求输出技术方案，推动方案验证落地。
职位要求
硕士应届毕业生，计算机科学与技术、模式识别、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先； 扎实的深度学习基础，熟悉 CNN、Transformer 架构，掌握检测、分割等 CV 算法及 VLM 相关技术； 逻辑思维良好，责任心强，能够承压，对结果负责，主动排查解决算法研发与落地问题； 优秀的沟通协作能力与团队意识，工作踏实敬业，配合团队完成项目推进； 有自动驾驶视觉感知、VLM / 多模态大模型项目或研究经历优先； 有 CVPR、ICCV 等顶会论文优先。
