职位描述

岗位职责
1.参与自动驾驶场景下 VLA/VLM foundation model 的研发，包括 multi-modal understanding、temporal reasoning、closed-loop RL等方向。
2.参与自动驾驶场景多模态信息的建模与对齐，提升模型在复杂驾驶场景下的理解、推理和决策能力。
3.参与 agentic VLM 方向探索，包括 driving scene understanding、multi-step reasoning、task decomposition、high-level planning 与 low-level control model 的协同。
4.跟进 VLA/VLM、multi-modal foundation model、end-to-end autonomous driving、robotics、RL等前沿技术，并推动相关方法在实际业务中的落地。

职位要求

任职要求
1.计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先。
2.具有较强的代码能力，能在没有coding agent的情况下debug（我们提供coding agent）。
3.在课程项目、科研项目、实习、开源项目或竞赛中，有以下任一方向经验：
-VLM / VLA / LLM
-multi-modal learning
-computer vision
-reinforcement learning
-autonomous driving / robotics
-sequence modeling / temporal modeling
-self-play
4.具备较强的 paper reading、实验分析和问题拆解能力，对 open-ended research problem 有热情。
加分项
1.有 agentic VLM经验，包括 multi-step reasoning、planning agent、state machine agent、embodied AI agent 等。
2.有高质量论文、开源项目、竞赛经历或完整 research/project portfolio 者优先。
