职位描述

1.参与自动驾驶系统中多模态大模型算法的研究、开发、落地与优化，重点方向包括但不限于：
-VLA（Vision-Language-Action）大模型：端到端驾驶决策与动作生成，视觉-语言-动作联合建模；
-VLM（视觉语言大模型）训练：多模态对齐、CPT/SFT、指令微调、开集目标检测与场景理解，提升模型在驾驶场景下的推理与泛化能力；
-World Model（世界模型）：驾驶环境建模、未来场景预测与生成、可控仿真，支撑规划决策与数据闭环。
2.负责设计并实现面向不同应用场景的多模态大模型架构，对模型进行持续迭代优化，以车端模型 / 数据产线模型量产为主要目标。
3.设计和实现多模态大模型的训练与微调流程，包括数据集构建与分析、数据预处理与标注、优化算法选择、超参数调整、模型性能评估等，确保模型在不同场景下的稳定性、可靠性与泛化能力。
4.针对多模态大模型进行车端 / 云端部署，使模型在大规模量产场景下高效运行，产生实际业务价值。
5.针对多模态大模型进行训练效率优化，实现训练提效与成本控制。

职位要求

1.2027 届应届毕业生，计算机科学、人工智能、电子工程、自动化等相关专业硕士 / 博士学历。
2.具备扎实的机器学习理论基础，熟悉常见机器学习算法（监督学习、无监督学习、强化学习等），掌握大模型训练范式（预训练、SFT、RLHF/对齐等），熟练使用主流深度学习框架（如 PyTorch）。
3.在 VLA、VLM、World Model、端到端感知 / 决策大模型、扩散模型 / 生成模型等方向之一有研究、项目或论文经历者优先。
4.有较强的编程能力，熟练掌握 Python、C++ 等编程语言。
5.具备良好的数学基础，包括线性代数、概率论、统计学等。
6.对前沿学术研究有兴趣和热情，对纵向科研有持续爱好；有较强的学习能力和创新精神，对自动驾驶技术有浓厚兴趣。
7.具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够承受一定的工作压力。
