我们致力于全自主通用人形机器人的前沿预研，探索机器人如何理解世界、自主行动，并通过全身与环境的交互获得智能。我们关注 Whole-body Intelligence，以及支撑通用机器人能力的下一代架构，探索机器人如何在持续交互中自主积累经验、学习新技能，实现能力的自演进。从学习与决策到身体与环境的协同，我们希望重新思考机器人智能的实现方式，探索具有长期潜力的新问题、新方法与新范式。 岗位职责 1、面向全自主通用人形机器人，探索开放的研究问题，提出并验证具有创新性的研究想法。 2、探索 Whole-body Intelligence，研究感知、认知、行动与身体协同的机制，推动机器人在真实世界中的自主性与通用性。 3、探索机器人自演进机制，研究如何通过持续交互、经验积累、自主探索与反馈，实现技能拓展、知识迁移和能力的持续提升。 4、探索下一代机器人智能架构，在模型架构、学习方法、数据和系统等层面开展创新。 5、通过算法实现、仿真或真机实验构建研究闭环，理解能力边界，持续迭代研究方向。 6、与跨领域团队协作，将研究成果转化为可验证的机器人能力，并沉淀为论文、开源项目或技术系统。
职位要求
1、计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、数学、物理或相关专业硕士及以上学历。 2、具备扎实的科研或工程基础，在相关方向有深入探索，能够通过论文、项目、开源贡献或其他成果展现自己的能力。 3、对机器人有强烈好奇心，愿意挑战开放问题，具备独立思考和主动探索的能力。 4、具备良好的编程与实验能力，能够将想法转化为可运行、可验证的实现。 5、重视严谨的实验和清晰的表达，能够与不同背景的伙伴有效协作。
