职位描述
岗位职责 一、业务理解与组织支持： 1. 深入了解研发业务场景，支持研发团队组织运营； 2. 参与业务团队组织架构、岗位配置、人力规划等基础分析工作； 3. 协助识别组织运行中的问题，沉淀分析报告与改善建议。 二、组织与人才发展： 1. 支持研发关键岗位、校园招聘、探索者计划等招聘项目推进； 2. 协助开展人才盘点、干部沟通、继任梯队建设等人才管理工作； 3. 跟进新人融入、培养项目及导师机制运营。 三、员工关系与员工体验 1. 协助处理员工入转调离、沟通访谈、员工关怀等日常 HR 事务； 2. 参与员工体验调研、问题收集与改善闭环； 3.支持跨地域研发团队的组织氛围建设与员工沟通机制运营。 四、文化与组织项目 1. 参与研发团队文化活动、价值观传播、评优表彰等项目； 2. 支持组织诊断、组织效能提升、人力成本分析等专项工作； 3. 沉淀 HR 项目方法论和数据看板，提升 HR 运营效率。
