职位描述
1、深入业务部门，协助业务部门厘清排放源，将模糊的“碳排放”翻译成各部门能理解的“能源台账”和“业务数据”，并推动碳管理成效提升； 2、协助搭建海内外重点地区E领域政策与法规的监控框架，并进行动态跟踪，输出政策摘要和初步解读； 3、深度参与碳数据管理平台的建设和上线，参与包括系统测试、数据初始化、横向拉通等工作； 4、协助进行集团组织碳排放数据的收集、整理与清洗，确保数据质量； 5、协助新兴议题的研究与落地推动，包括且不限于循环经济、碳资产开发、自然资本管理等； 6、支持政府部门/行业协会/供应商/合作伙伴等外部利益相关者的沟通会议，协助准备相关数据及文稿； 7、拉通PR、OC等部门，通过培训以及活动等方式，推动公司E领域认知提升。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，可持续发展、碳管理、能源、环境相关专业优先。实习经验中拥有汽车产业链（整车企业/电池企业/汽车零部件企业）或知名咨询机构碳领域实战案例经验优先； 2、扎实掌握温室气体相关方法论（ISO 14064/7、GHG Protocol）及核算操作； 3、熟练使用Excel进行数据处理（如透视表、VLOOKUP等），有碳数据处理ai实践经验优先； 4、具有责任心，对数字敏感，学习意愿强，能快速吸收新标准、新工具； 5、英语可作为工作语言。
