职位描述
1、负责国内业务各类合同、协议及相关法律文书的起草、审核工作；配合参与基础业务商务沟通，协助处理合同履行过程中的基础争议与问题，保障业务合规推进。 2、协助开展业务全流程合规审查与风险排查工作，重点配合落地各类合作场景下和业务场景下的合规核验。 3、跟进重点业务、新项目落地及业务模式迭代工作，协助团队开展法律可行性调研、政策检索、风险信息梳理，配合撰写基础法律分析材料与风险管控辅助方案。 4、对接各业务部门，解答基础日常法律咨询问题，为业务开展提供基础合规指导；配合开展内部合规培训，落地基础合规宣导工作。 5、协助团队对接处理国内业务相关的用户投诉、简易商事纠纷及诉讼、仲裁案件，整理案件资料、配合推进案件处置。
职位要求
1、法学本科及以上学历，已通过司法考试、持有法律职业资格证书者优先；对互联网、人工智能、大模型领域有一定基础知识的优先。 2、法律专业基础扎实，熟悉《反不正当竞争法》《消费者权益保护法》《电子商务法》等核心法律法规，具备相关合规实习经验者优先。 3、有律所、企业法务、互联网科技公司合规相关实习经验，具备合同审核、合规排查、纠纷处理、案件辅助工作经验者优先。 4、具备良好的团队协作意识与沟通表达能力，做事认真细致、责任心强，擅长跨部门对接配合，能够高效配合团队完成各项法务与合规工作。 5、具备优秀的逻辑思维、问题分析与自主学习能力，能够快速学习跟进行业新规与业务知识；抗压能力良好，积极主动、踏实肯干。
