职位描述
1、负责交付智能助手的知识质检与治理，核心保障回复准确率达标，推动缺知识补充与知识库标准化：缺知识补充与知识治理，按报表意图分类梳理高频缺知识，补充并结构化知识条目，推进"更新→审核→上线"闭环； 2、依托数据分析结合 AI 工具，挖掘小P 回复问题（badcase），输出质检与优化方案：开展小P 回复滚动质检：按意图分类抽检回复，标注 badcase，建立质检记录并推动问题闭环； 3、配合交付业务与系统团队，完成知识梳理、结构化维护及上线协同工作：协同交付一线、业务、系统开发等跨部门团队，跟进知识与回复问题的修复落地； 4、推动物流AI化应用：推动物流数据及运营AI提效。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，且能连续实习 3–4 个月，统计学、计算机、车辆工程、物流等相关专业优先； 2、核心能力要求 ：① 知识治理与质检能力：细心、有耐心，文字表达清晰、逻辑性强，能准确判断回复问题类型并归纳规律；有内容审核/标注、知识库维护经验者优先； ② 数据分析 + AI 应用能力：会用 Excel（函数/数据透视表）做数据分析，能运用 AI 工具辅助整理、归因； 3、逻辑清晰，具备良好的跨部门沟通与事项跟进能力，能适配交付业务波动节奏； 4、加分项：有内容审核/标注、知识库或 FAQ 维护经验；了解大模型问答、Prompt 或知识库逻辑； 熟悉汽车交付、上牌、金融、保险、物流等流程。
