职位描述
1、参与AI安全运营、安全蓝军能力及AI安全中台建设，开展风险发现、安全评估和攻击验证； 2、利用大模型、RAG、Agent等技术，提升云安全、办公安全等场景的预防、检测和响应能力； 3、 设计和优化Prompt，辅助完成告警研判、日志分析、威胁溯源及应急响应； 4、 将安全经验沉淀为Skill、Agent、知识库和自动化工作流，推动安全能力规模化落地； 5、 参与大模型及智能体安全研究，跟踪Prompt攻击、MCP、权限与工具调用等风险。
职位要求
1、 2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、网络空间安全、人工智能等相关专业； 2、 了解安全攻防基本原理，理解漏洞分析、安全防御、日志分析和应急响应流程； 3、 熟悉Prompt Engineering，能够设计提示词并评估模型输出效果； 4、了解大模型、RAG、Agent、MCP及Agentic AI主要安全风险与防护思路； 5、掌握至少一种编程语言，具备良好的安全意识、学习能力和团队协作能力。 加分项 1、有CTF、攻防演练、大模型安全评测或安全竞赛经历； 2、有AI安全、云安全、安全运营或Agent项目实践经验； 3、熟悉OWASP LLM Top 10、OWASP Agentic Applications Top 10等安全框架； 4、有开源项目、技术文章、论文、专利或漏洞挖掘成果。
