职位描述
1、公域平台流量运营：负责一个及以上公域平台流量运营，包括但不仅限于平台人群洞察、商业机会挖掘、平台线索合作方案规划、日常流量运营及监测； 2、投放素材管理及审核：负责效果广告投放素材的审核，通过行业数据对标，留资效率分析、投放内容优化等，帮助提升投放效率，降低获客成本； 3、投放数据全链路跟踪及费效评估：跟踪线索从入库到订单全流程转化，识别过程的机会点及风险点，全漏斗分析后找到提效机会。渠道运营过程需持续关注费效变化； 4、区域沟通及对接：应对区域的线索规模/质量等诉求，做好业务解析及支持。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，广告营销专业/数字广告代理实习/数字化运营经验优先； 2、熟悉汽车行业为优，对行业环境、用户&竞品情况业务场景有基本认识； 3、逻辑清晰缜密，数据敏感度较高，具备快速学习和数据分析能力，及时定位业务问题，并制定应对策略； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力、优秀的规划力和执行力，能适应快节奏的工作环境，推动跨部门的项目合作。
