职位描述
1、供方基础信息：建立供应商供货周期、到货批量、最小采购量数据库，策划将供应商供货信息，合理调控计划&采购节奏，确保市场满足需求，及平衡库存周转率； 2、交付管理：负责供应商采购订单下发、追踪到货、提升供应商准时交付； 3、商务处理：前置解决供应商供货问题，沟通解决供应商的供货问题并制定解决对策，提高供应商交付能力； 4、供方考核：依据供应商考核机制对供应商按期到货情况进行考核，保障配件按期到货； 5、供方约谈：组织供应商针对供货问题进行约谈，解决供应商供货问题，提高供应商交付能力。 6、海外需求跟进：收集海外、汇天、机器人等客户需求订单的对接跟进，海外的常规紧急新车需求对接，BO的跟进，紧急需求的异常问题跟进，及各版块特殊事件的资源拉通。
职位要求
1、学历要求：本科及以上学历，汽车工程、机械工程、物流管理或相关领域专业； 2、专业知识：汽车类、物流管理类、市场营销类、工商管理类、机械类、统计学类、数学类、经济与贸易类； 3、软件技能：熟练使用办公软件，有快速学习及应用人工智能（AI）的能力，能够高效完成相关采购任务； 4、个人素质：具备良好的沟通协调能力，有较强的责任心，工作认真细致，具备良好的团队合作精神。
