职位描述
负责机器人软件研发效能平台的设计、开发与持续演进，面向研发团队提供覆盖代码研发、持续集成、测试、发布、质量度量等全流程的平台化能力，提升研发效率与交付质量。 1、负责研发效能平台的前后端设计与开发，建设统一的 CI/CD、测试、发布、质量分析等平台能力； 2、负责将代码提交、编译构建、自动化测试、制品管理、部署发布等流程平台化、标准化和自动化，提升研发交付效率； 3、搭建并维护研发基础设施能力，包括容器化构建、镜像管理、Kubernetes 集群接入与发布能力集成； 4、推动测试、仿真、环境管理等能力的平台化接入，支持复杂研发场景下的持续集成与回归验证； 5、与研发、测试、算法、基础设施等团队协作，持续优化研发流程与平台体验，提升组织级研发效能。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业； 2、熟悉前后端分离架构，能够独立负责需求分析、系统设计与功能落地； 3、熟悉至少一种后端开发语言和技术栈，如 Python/Go/Java 等，具备良好的 API 设计与服务开发能力； 4、熟悉至少一种前端框架，如 React/Vue，能够完成后台管理系统、数据看板、流程配置类界面的开发； 5、具备良好的工程抽象能力、跨团队协作能力和平台产品意识，能够从研发流程中沉淀通用平台能力。
