【职位描述】 1.根据部门安全标指标要求，推进年度安全防控计划实施，定期评估安全指标完成情况；设立挑战目标并不断改进，针对未达标项目分析原因，落实改进措施，保证各项安全指标达成； 2.完善各项质量体系标准、推进质量管控流程的实施、并有计划对所管辖区域质量问题分析整改，保证质量有效管控； 3.通过人才培养和团队建设，践行不断改进和创新的文化，有计划的实施各项人员技能培训、完善各级组织架构，提高现场人员运作稳定性； 4.推动精益管理，优化现场物流操作，提高现场物料配送响应速度；及时响应生产需求,降低报警/停线次数,打造高效响应团队； 5.根据现场各项成本要求和年度成本预测，推进改善物流成本方案，降低现场运营费用，避免超额成本溢出； 6.完善现场物流体系，组织培训全员节能减排，不断提高员工环保意识，监督现场能源使用情况，保证节能措施的有效落实； 7.监督物料流动过程，推动物料有序消耗，保证账实一致； 【任职要求】 1.本科及以上学历； 2.熟练使用办公软件。
