职位描述
1、参与数据采集流程、作业规范与质量标准的梳理与优化，协助搭建多维度数据质检、监控机制，保障数据任务按时、高质量交付，参与完善数据交付与验收流程；协助制定采集计划，配合完成任务资源的协调分配。 2、配合开发团队参与生产效率提升与自动化工具落地，结合大模型 / 自动驾驶训练业务需求，参与数据采集方案的设计与落地。 3、跟进数据采集全流程，识别流程中的异常、卡点，参与问题复盘，输出改进建议，推动流程与标准迭代优化。 4、对接内部各协作团队，同步项目进度，协同解决项目推进中的各类问题，保障数据项目顺利推进。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、车辆工程等相关专业，对自动驾驶、机器人、大模型数据业务有浓厚兴趣。 2、逻辑思维清晰，做事严谨细心，对数据质量、流程规范有较强敏感度。 3、具备良好沟通协作能力，乐于跨团队协同，善于梳理问题、总结复盘。 4、了解 AI / 自动驾驶数据采集、质检体系优先；有数据项目、测试、数据集相关实习经历优先。 5、学习主动性强，抗压能力好，愿意深耕数据生产全链路，能够主动发现问题并提出优化想法。 6、熟练使用AI工具者优先。
