职位描述
1、租后逾期案件诉讼全流程处置：负责融资租赁逾期案件司法处置，整理案件债权资料，独立撰写起诉状、保全及执行类法律文书；跟进立案、开庭、调解、判决、强制执行等全流程，更新案件台账，复盘案件风险，推动债权回款结案； 2、外部合作律所管理：负责合作律所案件分配、委托对接、进度督办；核查律所办案质量与效率，优化外部司法合作体系，提升案件处置效能； 3、拓展法催渠道：开展合规法催工作，通过司法调解沟通等方式，督促债务人还款；拓展法催渠道，规范催收流程，沉淀高效催收方法，降低诉讼成本、提升法催回款率； 4、台账管理与流程优化：维护案件、律所、回款专项台账，定期输出工作报表；参与典型、疑难案件复盘，协助完善诉讼处置、律所管理、法催相关制度流程。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，法学相关专业，持有法律职业资格证（A证优先）。 2、熟悉《民法典》《民事诉讼法》，了解债权债务、融资租赁纠纷司法流程；具备基础法律文书撰写能力；熟练使用办公软件，可独立完成台账统计、报表整理工作。 3、逻辑清晰、工作严谨细致，具备良好的沟通谈判及问题解决能力；抗压性强、学习能力突出，有责任心，愿意深耕资管诉讼、资产处置领域； 4、有法院、律所诉讼实习经验，或金融、融资租赁、资管行业实习经历者优先。
