职位描述
1、负责具身智能数据采集设备的产品目标梳理与项目落地，包括头戴式第一视角图像采集设备、手部动作采集设备、多视角场景采集设备，简易采集设备等； 2、对接算法、数据采集运营等相关团队，收集并分析数据、使用、运营需求。通过产品工具，形成规范的能够完善指导数采硬件选型与研发的产品文档，并推动转化为硬件技术需求； 3、持续跟踪需求变更及长期趋势，统筹硬件能力、数据质量、使用效率与成本之间的平衡； 4、参与硬件产品方案、生产制造、物料采购、部署使用、标定维护及数据质量评估等全生命周期闭环设计； 5、根据项目需要承担具体任务，协同研发、供应链及运营团队推动产品交付和问题闭环。
职位要求
1、2027届本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、电子信息、机械、计算机等相关专业研究生优先； 2、对具身智能、机器人及数据采集硬件有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入理解数据需求和实际采集场景； 3、具备系统思维，能够从业务目标出发全局分析问题，同时对产品细节进行细颗粒度思考； 4、具备良好的需求分析、逻辑表达和文档撰写能力，能够推动用户需求向技术方案转化； 5、具备较强的沟通协作、动手实践和问题闭环能力，能够深入现场推进具体工作； 6、有机器人、智能硬件、传感器、嵌入式系统或相关科研、竞赛及实习经历者优先。
