职位描述
1、AI 应用与项目运营支持：通过AI工具赋能一线实际业务场景，切实提升效率或解决问题。参与AI智能化提效项目的日常运营，负责试点数据日报的整理与发布、门店问题收集与跟踪，保障项目按计划推进； 2、数据分析：运用 AI 和大数据工具分析客户、销售与线索数据，定期制作分析报告，为管理层提供决策支持； 3、一线访谈与知识沉淀：访谈优秀店长与一线销售，整理最佳实践案例集并署名产出；协助维护运营 SOP 与门店管理规则手册； 4、需求与协作：收集业务部门需求、记录会议纪要、跟踪优化反馈，灵活支持小组事务，保障团队高效运转。
职位要求
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，市场营销、数据科学、信息管理、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、数据分析基础：具备较强的数据分析与洞察能力，能够熟练运用数据分析工具进行数据处理，掌握 相关数据分析 工具者加分； 3、对 AI 有真实兴趣：关注 AI 工具与新技术，有主动学习和实操经历（哪怕是自己拿 AI 工具做过小项目、解决过实际问题都算）； 4、沟通与执行：具备清晰的表达与协作能力，能主动与业务方沟通确认需求；做事有闭环意识，答应的事有回音； 5、态度与韧性：自驱、有探索精神、责任心强；具备优秀的学习能力和良好的抗压能力，能在快节奏环境中保持专注，接受业务冲刺期的节奏变化。
