职位描述
1、培训内容开发与迭代：参与课程讲义、操作手册、流程指引、标准话术等培训材料的编写；参与在线课程、演示课件与考试题库的制作；随产品方案与业务政策更新同步修订； 2、培训组织与授课实施：参与培训项目的排期、组织、过程记录与学员跟踪；在带教下逐步承担基础课程模块的试讲与授课； 3、培训数据与效果核查：承担培训数据的加工与分析，包括月度培训目标测算、考试成绩统计、学习完成情况汇总；按既定标准核查门店培训的过程记录与执行情况，输出数据结论供培训策略调整； 4、业务学习与跨部门协作：系统学习汽车分期产品方案、办理流程、合规与风控要求，掌握从总部到区域再到门店的业务链路；对接区域金融团队及业务、合规等相关部门，收集一线反馈并同步培训信息； 5、业务指标监控与预警：搭建金融业务相关数据看板，对门店渗透率、通过率、A类客户占比等核心指标进行常态化监控，识别异常波动并及时输出预警。
职位要求
1、逻辑思维清晰，能够把零散的业务信息梳理成有层次、可讲解的结构； 2、文案编写能力扎实，能够将复杂的业务规则转化为他人可直接取用的书面材料； 3、口头表达清晰流畅，具备面向多人讲解的意愿与基础，有演讲、辩论、社团授课、助教等公开表达经历者优先； 4、数据敏感度高，掌握 Excel 基础数据处理技能（数据透视表、基础函数），了解 SQL 或至少一种数据分析工具（如 Python、Tableau、Power BI 等）者优先。
