【职位描述】 1、基础数据整理与测算 ①收集仓储、厂内配送、运输、线边物流基础数据：产能、节拍、配送工时、库存周转、器具周转、人员负荷等； ② 使用Excel做数据汇总、透视分析，绘制工时测算表、产能匹配表、物流量统计表； ③ 协助核算物流成本：人工、运输、包装器具、仓储场地、设备折旧等，支撑VA/VE降本分析。 2、协助工程师完成厂内物流线边、库区、道口、线路及相关物流规划导入； 3、协助规划器具存放区、缓存区、卸货区，匹配生产线节拍需求； 4、现场精益改善支持 ①跟随工程师驻厂巡线，记录物流现场问题：配送工时不足、线边堆积、搬运重复、物料错配等； ②整理现场问题清单，分类统计瓶颈点，协助制定短期改善对策； ③协助标准化作业：梳理牵引工、分拣、备货标准作业SOP，更新标准配时工时表。 【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，物流、工业工程、计算机等相关专业； 2、开朗乐观、敢于/乐于主动与人沟通；具备主动性、乐于学习、踏实实干、求真务实； 3、具备较好抗压能力、沟通表达能力、组织协调能力、推动力； 4、对汽车制造物流规划及改善等具备浓厚兴趣，有相关实习/见习经历的优先。
