职位描述 1、负责电池产线的工艺问题分析； 2、负责电池产线新产品、新工艺导入； 3、负责电池产线降本方案的导入实施； 职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，材料、机械、车辆工程、工业工程等相关专业； 2、具备良好的沟通表达能力，CET4及以上； 3、对电池设备开发、材料成形具备一定兴趣，有相关实习/见习经历的优先； 4、逻辑思维强，对于出现的问题能进行深度思考；抗压能力强；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、自动化等理工类相关专业 ； 2、具备扎实的专业知识，了解汽车行业发展动态和趋势，对新能源汽车行业充满热情 ； 3、拥有优秀的学习能力，能快速掌握新知识、新技能；具备较强的逻辑思维与分析能力，善于发现并解决问题 ； 4、良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门的人员有效沟通、协同工作；工作积极主动，责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力和应变能力 ； 5、熟练使用日常办公软件，具备一定的数据处理与分析能力 。
