职位描述 1、负责压铸工艺规划、工艺方案和模具方案的评审； 2、负责压铸产品工艺分析、图纸评审及会签； 3、负责产品试模试制过程质量问题、模具问题的整改推进； 4、负责现场压铸工艺文件编制、修订及压铸工艺参数设计、优化； 5、负责量产压铸质量缺陷的解决、模具/压铸工艺停机问题解决； 6、负责产品现场工艺持续改进、产品合格率提升及生产效率提升； 7、负责压铸工艺技术降本工作持续推进； 8、完成上级交代的其他工作； 职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，机械、材料、车辆工程、工业工程等相关专业； 2、具备良好的沟通表达、组织协调能力，CET6及以上； 3、具备良好的个人素养，较强的逻辑思维能力、人际沟通能力与抗压能力； 4、对汽车制造工艺、材料成型及模具等具备一定兴趣，有相关实习/见习经历的优先。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、自动化等理工类相关专业 ； 2、具备扎实的专业知识，了解汽车行业发展动态和趋势，对新能源汽车行业充满热情 ； 3、拥有优秀的学习能力，能快速掌握新知识、新技能；具备较强的逻辑思维与分析能力，善于发现并解决问题 ； 4、良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门的人员有效沟通、协同工作；工作积极主动，责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力和应变能力 ； 5、熟练使用日常办公软件，具备一定的数据处理与分析能力 。
