职位描述
岗位职责 1. 在资深工程师指导下，参与机器人整机功能安全与预期功能安全（SOTIF）开发工作，包括安全需求梳理、危害分析与风险评估（HARA）、安全目标制定与跟踪闭环 2. 基于 ISO 21448 方法论，参与机器人典型应用场景库的建立与维护，开展因功能不足、性能局限导致的安全风险分析，协助完成风险量化评估 3. 参与安全监控措施方案的安全分析与评审，与本体、硬件、软件、算法团队协作，跟进安全需求的落地实现与验证 4. 参与安全测试用例设计与执行（仿真与实机），使用 Python/C++ 开发安全分析、数据处理与自动化测试工具，支撑验证工作的开展 5. 负责功能安全相关技术文档的编写与维护，支撑安全流程体系建设与第三方认证工作

任职要求 - 学习能力：具备较强的学习能力与钻研精神，能快速掌握机器人安全领域的新标准、新方法、新工具并落地应用；有较强的上进心，主动学习、主动成长 - 责任心：责任心强，做事严谨细致，对安全相关工作保持敬畏心，能对交付物负责到底 - 专业技能：具备良好的编码能力，熟练使用 C++ 和 Python，能独立完成分析脚本、工具与模块的开发调试 - 理论基础：掌握控制系统、嵌入式系统或机器人系统的基础知识；对 ISO 13849、ISO 15066、ISO 26262、ISO 21448 等安全标准有基本了解者优先 - 加分项：在校期间有机器人、智能驾驶或功能安全相关课题/项目经历者优先；有良好的英文文献阅读能力与技术文档撰写能力者优先
