一、招聘交付 1. 协同HRBP对接业务部门，理解岗位需求与人才画像； 2. 负责招聘全流程，包括需求澄清、简历筛选、面试安排、流程跟进与结果反馈； 3. 跟进候选人全流程体验，提升招聘效率与转化率。 二、校园招聘项目执行 1. 参与校园招聘、宣讲会、双选会、实习生招聘等项目执行； 2. 协助开展目标院校、目标专业、重点学生群体的人才触达与运营； 3. 支持校招生面试组织、offer 沟通、签约跟进及入职衔接。 三、人才寻访与渠道运营 1. 协助进行关键岗位人才寻访； 2. 参与招聘渠道运营，包括内推、招聘平台人才库维护等； 3. 沉淀目标院校、专业方向、候选人来源及招聘数据分析。 三、招聘数据与项目复盘 1. 维护招聘数据台账，跟踪岗位进展、漏斗转化、面试通过率、offer 接受率等指标； 2. 参与招聘流程优化、候选人体验优化及招聘方法论沉淀。
