职位描述

1、车身外饰不仅是“车的外观”，更是产品科技感、品质感和高级感的重要入口，是整车硬件架构平台的核心基石，是汽车物理AI的关键构成。
2、加入小鹏汽车车身外饰团队，你将有机会接触并参与 AI 调光玻璃、全景隔热隔音天幕、先进一体化压铸车体架构、全维安全车身系统、智能门盖系统、剪刀鹏翼门、智能交互前保、自适应空气动力学套件等前沿产品与技术方向，在真实车型项目中掌握车身外饰系统的工程实现，一同在物理AI世界中成就自我。
3、该岗位为车身外饰大类岗位，涵盖上车身、下车身、外饰、前后盖、车门、车身外饰集成等方向，参与具体模块的设计开发与项目交付。
你将参与：
1、负责车身或外饰相关零部件的正向设计开发，包括方案制定、结构设计、数据发布、试制验证及问题闭环；
2、参与车身外饰系统与造型、质量、供应商等多方协同，推动设计方案在整车项目中落地；
3、参与整车外观精致感知、结构可靠性、轻量化、制造可行性、装配匹配等工程问题分析与优化；
4、围绕玻璃系统、门盖系统、外饰系统、白车身结构、车身集成匹配等方向，参与新技术、新结构、新工艺的工程化落地；
5、编制车身外饰相关技术文件、开发总结、问题复盘材料，沉淀专业知识与工程经验。

职位要求

我们希望你：
1、硕士及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、材料工程等相关专业优先；
2、具备良好的机械结构基础，熟悉三维建模、工程制图、材料/力学基础知识，有车身、外饰、结构设计、CAE、制造工艺等项目经历者优先；
3、具备一定英语读写能力，能够阅读和撰写日常工作所需英文资料，大学英语六级优先；
4、对智能电动车、车身结构、外饰设计开发等有兴趣，愿意在真实量产项目中解决复杂工程问题；
5、学习能力强，沟通协同意识好，能够主动拆解问题、推进闭环。
