职位描述

1、参与机器人数据采集项目的运营执行，协助完成需求梳理、采集方案制定、任务排期、现场执行、数据验收和项目复盘。
2、协助将算法或产品需求拆解为具体采集任务，明确采集场景、动作要求、覆盖范围、边界条件及验收标准，并整理采集 SOP。
3、参与采集场地、设备、人员和排班管理，跟进现场执行情况，及时记录、反馈并推动解决采集过程中的问题。
4、协同硬件、软件和工具团队，参与采集设备、传感器、标定、同步、回放、遥操作及数据上传等链路的测试和优化。
5、参与数据质量检查和基础分析，关注数据完整性、一致性、时序对齐、噪声、覆盖度及标注质量等指标。
6、根据数据质量问题和模型训练反馈，协助分析失败案例、数据分布及采集缺口，持续优化采集策略和任务设计。
7、整理采集规范、操作手册、检查清单、问题记录和复盘材料，推动经验沉淀及采集流程标准化。
8、根据项目需要，参与外部采集人员的培训、执行跟进和数据验收。

职位要求

1、本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、电子信息、机械、工业工程、数据科学等相关专业优先。
2、对机器人、具身智能、人工智能或数据生产流程有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入采集现场并解决实际问题。
3、了解视频、图像、深度、点云、IMU、关节状态、力矩或音频等一种或多种数据形态。
4、了解数据采集、传感器标定、时间同步、采样频率、时间戳等基础概念；具备相关课程、实验或项目经验优先。
5、具备良好的任务拆解、计划执行和沟通协作能力，能够跟进问题并推动闭环。
6、具备基础的数据分析能力，能够使用 Excel、Sheets、SQL 或其他工具完成数据整理、统计和报表制作。
7、做事认真细致、责任心强，具备较强的现场执行能力，能够适应多任务协同及一定程度的不确定性。
8、有机器人、自动驾驶、实验室数据采集、机器人竞赛、科研项目或相关实习经历优先。
