职位描述
1、负责收集整理海外用戶反馈的VOC数据,持续优化数字化与智能化工具,输出产品VOC分析报告,并识别TOP问题;
2、跟踪VOC高优产品问题的闭环,并拉通上下游专业部门处理解决;
3、处理海外来自一线产品相关工作的工单,协同专业给出问题解决方案和话术,并对一线及时给予回复。
职位要求
1、热衷于聆听客户的声音和优化迭代产品,有客户体验、数据分析等相关实习经验者优先;
2、对追求极致的客户体验有追求和热爱,善于发现用户在用车过程中的需求和痛点;
3、学习能力强,有好奇心,英语可作为工作语言者优先。
