【26届校招】嵌入式Ai软件培训生广州正式生产 / 制造 / 加工 - 汽车制造职位描述1、参与大模型（LLM）与检索增强生成（RAG）在软件开发流程（需求分析、代码生成、测试用例生成等）中的应用探索，协助提升AI辅助开发的效果与效率；
AI Coding 工具开发：
2、参与 AI 编程工具（如 CodeAgent）的开发与优化，支持代码补全、错误检测、简单测试用例生成等功能，提升开发效率；
3、在指导下使用 LangChain / LangGraph 等框架，参与构建基础的业务 Agent，支持简单任务自动化与流程编排；
模型应用与调优：
4、参与大模型在代码生成、文本处理等场景的应用实践，协助进行 Prompt 设计与简单效果优化；
5、参与代码数据与工程文档的整理、清洗与基础标注工作，协助构建评测数据集，支持模型效果评估；
6、参与技术调研与实践，跟踪 AI Agent、代码大模型等前沿技术，参与内部技术分享与Demo开发。
职位要求1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业；
2、编程基础：熟悉 Python 或 C/C++，具备良好的代码基础与工程习惯；
3、 AI基础：了解深度学习或机器学习基本概念（如神经网络、Transformer 等），有相关课程或项目经验优先；
4、实践能力：有过简单 AI 项目、课程设计或竞赛经验（如目标检测、NLP、小模型训练等）；
5、学习能力：对大模型（LLM）、AI Agent、自动代码生成等方向有兴趣，具备较强学习能力；
6、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先，熟悉Classic AutoSAR、Adaptive AutoSAR软件架构的优先。
加分项：
使用过 ChatGPT、GitHub Copilot 等 AI 编程工具；
有嵌入式开发、机器人或系统开发经验；
