Citi is looking for off-cycle Graduates to join the Markets Graduate program in Sydney, Australia. We are seeking Analysts/Graduates who are interested in working within the Equities or Spread Products (Credit) Sales teams to join our Analyst Program in July 2026:

Equities – Electronic Execution Sales Trading:

Our Equities franchise is a key part of the Markets ecosystem, providing clients with unparalleled access to liquidity, market-leading research, and innovative solutions across cash equities, derivatives, and financing. Our Electronic Execution Sales Trading team in particular, primarily focus on sales coverage of domestic and international clients. Providing execution insight into equity execution across global equity markets.

Spread Products - Credit Sales:

Our Spread Products team covers both Australian and global flow and structured credit, with specific coverage of our Australian & New Zealand institutional clients. The Sales team is responsible for building and cementing these strong client relationships in their distribution of a broad range of credit products. This spans global cash, derivative and securitised credit, encompassing both developed and emerging markets, investment grade and high yield credit. Day to day, the successful candidate will be exposed to dynamic global markets, and should have a hunger for establishing and growing meaningful relationships within the local fixed income market. The successful candidate will also work closely with key product partners across local and global Trading desks, DCM, Syndicate, Financing & Securitisation teams.

• Must be confident and capable in building client relationships, and posses with excellent communication skills
• Exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and resilience to work in a challenging environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines
• Someone who is highly numerate with first-class analytical skills (knowledge of algorithms is an advantage, but not essential)
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• You have up to 12 months of experience in the workforce in a similar capacity and/or interested in changing career paths, or;
• You are a final year student pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree at a top academic institution and will graduate by June 2026. Students with strong academic record from all disciplines are welcome
• You have a strong understanding of the global economical landscape and a passion for Markets
• Exposure/experience with Equity or Spread Products/Credit is an advantage, but not essential
