We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to support daily operations at our branch location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the floor, leading by example, and helping a small team stay organized, productive, and safe.
This is a working leadership role, where you will be actively involved in day-to-day warehouse tasks while guiding the team.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, customer relations.
· Work alongside the team to ensure orders are handled accurately and on time
· Operate equipment such as forklifts as needed
· Assign daily tasks and help keep the team on track
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
· Assist with inventory counts and help keep stock accurate
· Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly
· Help identify simple improvements to workflow and efficiency
