North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our established and growing team serving Baptist Memorial Health Care in Germantown, Tennessee, one of the most sought-after communities in the Memphis metropolitan area. This unique opportunity offers the rare combination of a thriving cardiac practice, exceptional compensation, and a true 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, allowing you to enjoy approximately half the year off while maintaining a highly rewarding career.

Schedule
• Schedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
• Approximately 26 Working Weeks Per Year
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
• M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• TEE proficiency is required
• Completion of Cardiac Fellowship
• ECFMG and FLEX
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
• Currently licensed as a physician
