【26届校招】机械工艺工程师镇江正式生产类2026 校园招聘职位描述1、现场问题解决，分析并解决生产过程中出现的工艺技术问题（如材料替换、操作手法优化等），保障产线稳定运行；
2、新老产品工艺管理，制定新产品生产工艺流程，梳理老产品工艺逻辑，主导工艺升级与改进；
3、标准化文件编制，编写并维护现场作业指导书（SOP）、工艺参数文件等技术文档；
4、跨部门协作，对接研发、生产、质量等部门，反馈生产实际需求至前端研发，推动工艺与设计的协同优化；
5、工艺创新与提升，引入先进生产技术，持续改善工艺条件。
职位要求1、本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、材料科学与工程、生物医学工程等相关专业优先，1-2 年制造业工艺相关实习或工作经验优先；
2、熟练使用 CAD、SolidWorks 等制图软件及 Office 办公软件；
3、了解质量管理体系（如 ISO13485）及生产现场 5S 管理要求；
