Administrator Support – Multilingual Learner Instructional Coach
The Administrator Support – Multilingual Learner Instructional Coach provides leadership, coaching, and embedded instructional support to teachers to ensure equitable access to rigorous, grade-level content for multilingual learners and culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) students.
The position requires expertise in culturally and linguistically diverse education, second language acquisition, and evidence-based instructional strategies that promote language development and academic achievement.
Essential Responsibilities
Instructional Coaching and Teacher Support
Provide job-embedded coaching to teachers across all content areas, including planning, modeling, co-teaching, observation, and feedback cycles.
Support teachers in integrating language development objectives and scaffolds into daily instruction.
Assist teachers in designing and implementing culturally responsive and linguistically
