
Responsibilities: Under the supervision of a Property and Facilities Coordinator or Supervisor, takes day to day direction from the Head Custodian while performing Janitorial functions that include cleaning and minor maintenance tasks at Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties’ owned/contracted facilities. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/subunit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D is required. Must be physically able to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be physically able to operate a variety of Janitorial equipment (floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, etc.).
Conditional Employment Requirements: Employment offers for this position will be contingent upon the results of a Michigan State Police Clearance check. Must be able to pass pre-employment 5-panel drug screen. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical.

Salary/Hours: $14.56 - $15.90 per hour, 40 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Thur - Fri 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
Location: Crisis Care Center/Property and Facilities, Lansing, Michigan.
