
Routinely reviews compliance to ensure meaningful use measures are captured for reporting. Works closely with Physician Practices’ leadership to communicate compliance results for meaningful use.
Trains new team members on use of Cerner applications.
Consistently rounds on Physician Practice locations to provide additional education and support for clinical staff.
Provides on-site support during practice acquisitions/transitions.
Responds to team member requests for assistance on Cerner applications.
Works directly with Information Systems regarding issues such as ongoing updates, build requests, and user roles.
Participates in the Health System compliance program.
Other duties as assigned.
