What You’ll Do: This Campus Aide will primarily support with supervision of students during lunch, recess, supervision of transitions to classes, and clerical support for teachers and office staff.
- Student Supervision & Safety: Oversee students during lunch, recess, and transitions to ensure safety, positive behavior, and smooth routines.
- Office & Administrative Support: Assist with phones, parent and student needs, clerical tasks, and maintaining organized records and files.
- Classroom & Instructional Support: Help prepare materials, operate equipment, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment.
- Student Growth & Development: Support children in making responsible choices, building respect for self and others, and engaging positively with peers and the community.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with teachers and staff to meet student needs, encourage development through age-appropriate activities, and provide general support as needed.
- Performs related duties as assigned.

- Must understand best practices in working with individuals or groups of young children in developmentally appropriate, restorative, positive, and instructive ways.
- Must have a growth mindset for both self and others, including students.
- Must be organized, creative, independent and self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, detail-oriented and flexible in scheduling and prioritization, and driven by excellence.
- Must possess great communication skills to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form, including accurate grammar and business correspondence knowledge.
- Must possess Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships, demonstrated ability to communicate in situations requiring tact and poise; skilled in confidentiality and discretion.
- Must present a neat, professional appearance.
- Must be able to adjust tasks and focus with composure, and in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities.
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's Degree or college course units toward BA desired.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Korean preferred.
What We Offer:
Hours:      30-40 hours per week;  $18 - $20.00 per hour, dependent on experience
Status:      Full-Time/Part-Time
