职位描述
负责高管团队的助理工作，确保其工作效率提升和日常事务的顺畅运转，包括： 1、行政事务：建立并执行系统化的事务管理规范，负责高管的日程安排、会议组织、差旅规划、费用管理、文档处理等事务性工作。 2、关系维护：负责高管社会关系联接和维护，负责商务来访接待、外联活动的统筹安排，通过专业沟通构建稳固的外部协作网络，为业务开展营造友好环境。 3、业务协作：密切跟进高管交办的重点项目，主动识别关键节点和业务卡点，协同拉通资源，助力业务目标达成。 4、组织共建：参与助理团队的能力提升专项工作，参与公司级重要会务/活动的协办支持工作。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，优秀的英语能力，口语流利，具备口笔译经历优先。 2、工作细致、有条理，注重流程，确保工作输出的稳定与可靠。 3、具备出色学习能力、高度的责任心和敬业精神，能够严守工作机密。 4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力，细心负责，具备多任务处理意识。 5、具备优秀的适应性与抗压能力，心态积极，能适应快节奏的工作环境。 6、具备AI学习意识，能够使用AI工具处理多线程任务。
